Return Policy – GS Goods

At GS Goods, we want you to have a great shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your order under the conditions below.

1. Return Conditions

  • You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

  • The 30-day return period starts the day after you receive the product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Some products cannot be returned, such as hygiene items, personalized products, or products with a short shelf life.

2. How to Return a Product

Follow these steps to return your item:

  1. Submit a return request: Email us at info@gsgoods.nl with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Receive instructions: We’ll confirm your request and send you the return instructions.

  3. Pack the product: Make sure the product is securely packaged in the original box.

  4. Send your return: Ship the product to the return address provided. Always keep your proof of shipment.

3. Return Costs

  • Within the Netherlands and Belgium: Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

  • We recommend checking DHL or PostNL for current return shipping rates.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded.
