Beyond the legal 14 days, we offer an extended 100-day return window as part of our customer service commitment. This means you can return your purchase within 100 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Return costs: Returns are at your own expense, and the price varies depending on the courier.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return has been received in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. With the track & trace you receive for your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From that moment, the 10 working days start. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified. Please note that it may take up to 3 days before the refund is visible in your bank account.
